Trip to Chilka Lake

The Chilka Lake was our next trip. It is one of the largest salt water lakes in Asia. We went in a long, broad, and narrow boat to the lake. On our way we saw crocodiles swimming as fast as a speed boat and were as green as dark green leaves. The boat ride was wobbly and the splashing waves made me feel like swimming in the blue persian lake. We stopped at an island, where we saw shiny pearls coming out of shells, and we saw dark black pearls as black as the dark night sky. The red corals, persian blue saphires, green emeralds seemed like gold to me. The flashing , attractive red rubies were for my 10th birthday. The most interesting view I saw was the sea meeting the lake, it was one of the beautiful sites I have ever seen.     

Splashing Waters

Splashing waters, across the world,

sometimes it makes me swirl.

It feels like I am in sky, 

but it definetely isn't a hunge pie.

The shining water sparkles, 

like diamonds in sky that twinkles.

The rushing  water I  hear,

is like waterfalls I hear very rear.

The waves and tides I see so high,

I think they might reach the sky.

Splashing water hit my legs and,

it also hits the wet slippery land.

Splashing waters, across the world,

sometimes it makes me swirl.

On Puri Beach

It was a hot  sunny, afternoon, the splashing waters hit my legs like the magnetic forces. The breeze was very windy.  We were all so thrilled to go to the beach and to put salty water on each other. We also got photos taken by the boatman, under the bright lighted sun. The sun is like a ball of fire, which rose above my head. We played with the round frisbee and also had a quick running race. The palm trees said, "Hi", to me, as I walked towards it. I collected various kinds of shells, some were round, some were spiral ones, and some were as shiny, delicate, clean, beautiful as a butterfly. Sunset was our next glorious view , it looked like the sun was talking to to the clouds and was caried away with the others. We had lot of fun jumping like a frog and skipping like a skipping rope. It was time to go , I felt like a flying bird in the sky and a swimming dolphin in the water. I wish I could visit that beach once again!
